Our suite of services are offered as a package with add-on services available, and our consultations are always free of charge.

Signature package including pre-listing walkthrough, home staging, and professional listing photos start at $6,299 and include 2 months of a property’s listing time, and up to 2,500 sq feet of a home.

What you get in the Signature Package:

  • Pre-listing walkthrough, with help from a licensed general contractor, who can identify any possible hurdles, recommended repairs or even simple cosmetic upgrades that can be performed prior to list to help elevate appeal. Performed work to be presented in a separate proposal.

  • Home staging and design, covering up to 2,500 square feet of a home (3 bedrooms, all bathrooms, kitchen, etc). Additional rooms, patio furniture, garage, etc to be discussed separately. We use existing furniture of all styles, and may purchase new furniture specific to the listing and design. Delivery, install, and removal are included. Virtual staging can also be included upon request.

  • Professional photography, offering 20-30 hi-res, downloadable photos that can be used for listing and sharing. Drone and other special photography, videos can be used as well, if requested/recommended.
